Please note that some aspects of home access do not work with Windows 7, namely access to the terminal server and to office PC's.  There is no easy fix for this and we may need to redesign the system.  This will not happen until much later into the academic year.

Update on the BIT Mac system

The work that took place on the network earlier this month has made a significant difference to the slow and erratic performance that was being experienced this term. In the main, performance is back to normal, however there are still a few issues remaining which are being addressed.  Please notify Mac support in N block if you encounter any problems when using the Mac system.

Watch this space for more information as it becomes available. 

The central IT Support Desk has moved from 1E7 to the Library, to 3D28a.  The BIT IT Support Desk remains in its usual location - 3P12.
